This is a useful lesson observation toolkit for teachers.  It uses the new OFSTED criteria for lesson observations and is cross-referenced to secondary strategy support documents contained in the "Pedagogy and Practice: Teaching and Learning in schools" publication (DFES Ref:0423-2004)
